Where the work
gets made.

The capabilities, the methods, the partners. Plainly.

GrowStation is a marketing department, not a marketing tool.

A tool waits for you to use it. A department gets the work done. GrowStation is built as four roles working together — a strategist, a writer, a planner, an analyst — orchestrated to keep your brand running between your decisions.

The infrastructure underneath is real; the experience above it is one department, one voice, one calendar.

Four roles. One department.

Each role with the capabilities a hired marketer would bring.

LUMA

Built into every visual.

Generic AI generates generic visuals. Your brand needs its own visual signature — colors, composition, mood, the small choices that say "this is us, not a stock photo." Luma is the system we built to encode that signature into every photo, every video frame, every product render GrowStation creates for you. Each customer gets their own.

"Luma is the system we built to encode your brand into every visual we generate. It runs on fal.ai's training infrastructure."

The Method — four acts, one department

The Brand Bible — where your voice lives, queried for every output.

The first thing GrowStation builds for you is the Brand Bible. Not a style guide PDF. A living, structured record of your brand — voice, audience, positioning, what you sound like, what you'd never say. It's built from a conversation: the strategist asks the questions a senior marketer would, and you answer.

Every piece the writer drafts is pulled against this Bible. Every caption, every email subject line, every landing-page headline. The Bible isn't decoration — it's the source the writer queries before each output. That's why the voice holds across formats and across months. It's not memory; it's retrieval.

You can read your Bible. You can edit it. When your positioning shifts — a new product line, a new audience, a price change — the Bible updates and every subsequent output reflects that, without anyone re-briefing the system.

A typical month — strategist proposes, writer drafts, planner schedules, analyst measures.

Here's what a month looks like inside GrowStation.

On Day 1, the strategist proposes the month's direction — what to lean into, what to test, what to leave alone. The strategist reads the Brand Bible, the latest performance data, the calendar, and any business context you've shared.

The writer takes that direction and drafts the month's content — captions, long-form, ad variants, email touchpoints. Every draft is pulled against the Bible.

The planner builds the calendar — what posts when, on which channel, with which asset. The planner respects your cadence rules and platform constraints.

The analyst watches what shipped, what landed, what didn't. After each cycle, the analyst writes the insights brief — patterns worth acting on, with the receipts.

Insights flow back to the strategist. The next cycle starts smarter.

You see all of this in your dashboard: the Bible, the calendar, the draft queue, the insights. The work isn't a black box. It's visible.

Your 10 minutes — what you control.

The 10 minutes a month aren't ten random minutes. They're the decision moments where you actually want a human in the loop.

When the strategist proposes the month's direction, you see it and approve it — or send it back with a redirect. When a draft sits in the queue that the writer is unsure about (a brand-edge case, a sensitive topic, a campaign variant), it surfaces to you with the reason. When the analyst notices a pattern worth a real decision (a channel shift, a budget reallocation, a campaign pivot), it pings you.

Everything else runs without you. That's the point. Your decisions stay strategic; the execution stays moving.

Every cycle, smarter.

Marketing platforms that don't learn get worse, not better. After three months, the captions start to repeat. After six, the audience tunes out.

GrowStation learns. After every cycle, the analyst surfaces what worked and what didn't — by channel, by format, by audience segment, by content theme. Those insights feed back into the Brand Bible (positioning refinements) and into the strategist's next monthly proposal (which themes to double down on, which to retire).

The Bible itself versions over time. You can see how your brand has evolved. The writer's outputs reflect the latest version. The system gets sharper for your brand, not blander.

Sample outputs across formats, brands, and channels. Not cherry-picked stills — the cycle in motion.

The infrastructure underneath.

The partners that help us do the work.

  • CONTENT GENERATION
  • AGENT FRAMEWORK
  • DATABASE
  • ORCHESTRATION
  • FOUNDATION MODELS

Built to be trusted.

How your data is handled.

  • Data residency — Your data, your tenant, never shared with another customer or used to train shared models.
  • Encryption — TLS in transit. AES-256 at rest. Signed URLs for uploads.
  • Multi-tenancy — Per-operator row-level isolation, enforced at the database.
  • Observability — Every execution logged, traceable, tied to your account.

The questions worth asking.
